Khoodeelaar! The Brick Lane London E1 area campaign against Crossrail hole is holding a demonstration against Tower Hamlets Council at 6PM on Wednesday 1 March 2006.

The demonstration is in support of the demand by the community in the East End for Tower Hamlets Council to pass a single simple resolution saying an unequivocal No to the Crossrail hole.
The demand was passed at the largest public meeting held so far in support of Khoodeelaar! The campaign against the Crassrail hole.
The meeting took place at 5 PM on Sunday 22 January 2006 at the Brady Centre in Hanbury Street.
Hanbury Street is one of the main streets in the Brick Lane London E1 area that has been targeted for the Crossrail hole digging and dust and rubbish creating attack on the community.
At the Khoodeelaar! Demonstration on 1 March 2006, local Bethnal Green and Bow MP George Galloway is seceded speak.
Galloway has already adamantly opposed the Crossrail hole Bill and has stated that
The Crossrail attack on the East End showed that a ‘class social and ethnic cleansing’ of the area was underway.Others expected to address the demonstration ousted the Mulberry |Place, London E14 Tower Hamlets Town Hall include Tower Hamlets Lib Dem councillors Janet Ludlow and Louise Alexander and Brick Lane area business and community representatives. Also supporting the Khoodeelaar campaign against the Crossrail hole will be Tory Party members from the Brick Lane London E1 area and campaigners from the Mile End Park, Stepney and Whitechapel.
